Hi, I’m Judith.
I help you understand what matters. Then we decide what works.
Scanning for job titles?
Consider me your Business Therapist
I work with teams to see their challenges clearly, map what’s actually happening (not just what we assume), and turn insights into action. The result? Clearer direction, stronger alignment, and decisions that stick!
My take on titles …
Substance over surface!
With 15+ years across agencies, international companies, and startups, I believe real value comes from identifying the ‘right’ problems and creating solid action plans – not from collecting superficial titles. Titles do not deliver results.
Whatever label fits the need… I rather focus on identifying root causes (not just consequences), looking at the bigger picture, connecting the dots, and guiding decisions that deliver tangible strategic results. Context makes the difference!
Are you ready to talk?I collaborate with you, not just deliver to you!
Critical thinking, challenging assumptions & advocating for quality
I actively listen and ask tough, sometimes unusual questions. By investigating different perspectives and questioning assumptions, I help ensure our decisions are aligned, well-grounded, and deliver real strategic impact.
Mixed-methods research & strategic data synthesis
Generating insights that drive smart decisions requires choosing and combining the right research methods and proper information synthesis. Strategic interpretation is key – it demands reflection and often many discussions, yet without synthesis, data remains just data and won’t reveal what you’ve actually learned.
Systems thinking & visual mapping, turning insights into actionable strategies
A well-understood problem is your best starting point for informed decision-making. That’s why I investigate challenges holistically and visually, looking at internal and external factors, to grasp how different elements connect and influence each other.
Advocate for cross-functional collaboration and team empowerment
The best teams work cross-functionally so everyone understands the “why” behind decisions and can take ownership of the “how”. My role isn’t prescribing answers, it’s creating clarity that empowers you to decide the right course of action. I collaborate with you, not just deliver to you.
Fun Fact: I like comparing UX strategy to dog training
First, watch closely instead of making assumptions. Then set clear goals and guiding principles – for the dog, yourself, and the environment. Test what actually works in practice, and iterate. Sometimes it just needs fine-tuning, sometimes a complete shift in direction. I work with teams the exact same way, just with fewer treats as rewards.
Speaking of dogs: my most loyal colleague is my dog Nia. She acts as my “Chief Comfort Officer” and “Director of Snack & Break Compliance.”
