Hi, I’m Judith.
I help you understand what matters, then we decide what works.

Scanning for job titles?
I work with teams to see their challenges clearly, map what’s actually happening (not just what we assume), and turn insights into action.
The result: clearer direction, stronger alignment, and decisions that stick!

My take on job titles: Substance over surface!
Titles do not deliver results
With 15+ years across agencies, international companies, and startups, I believe real value comes from identifying the ‘right’ problems and creating solid action plans – not from collecting superficial titles.
Context makes the difference
Whatever label fits the need, I focus on identifying root causes (not just consequences), looking at the bigger picture, connecting the dots, and guiding decisions that deliver tangible strategic results.
My values: I collaborate with you, not just deliver to you!
-
I actively listen and ask tough, sometimes unusual questions. By investigating different perspectives and questioning assumptions, I help ensure our decisions are aligned, well-grounded, and deliver real and sustainable impact.
-
Generating useful insights requires the right selection and combination of methods and proper information synthesis. Strategic interpretation is the key – and yes, that demands reflection and often extensive discussion – but without synthesis, data remains just data and won’t reveal what you’ve actually learned.
-
A well-understood problem is your best starting point for informed decision-making. That’s why I investigate challenges holistically and visually, looking at internal and external factors, to grasp how different elements connect and influence each other.
-
The best teams work cross-functionally while everyone understands the ‘why’ behind decisions and can take ownership of the ‘how’. My role within a team isn’t prescribing answers, it’s creating clarity that empowers others to navigate the right course of action.
